Your First Red Light Therapy Appointment

Your initial red light therapy appointment includes a thorough consultation where we’ll discuss your current condition, review your medical history, and talk through your treatment goals. This is also an opportunity to answer any questions you may have and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive your targeted red and infrared light therapy session, followed by a tailored remedial massage designed around your individual needs.

As the consultation is only required for your first appointment, follow-up sessions allow more time for hands-on treatment. These appointments combine your targeted red light therapy with a longer, personalised remedial massage to help you achieve the greatest benefit from your treatment plan.

This 60-minute treatment combines the benefits of infrared and red light therapy with a tailored remedial massage.

Approximately 20 minutes of infrared and red light therapy is applied to the specific area being treated, followed by a massage customised to your individual needs, taking into account your current condition, medical history, and treatment goals.

Twenty minutes is the recommended maximum treatment time for a single area within a 24-hour period, allowing you to receive the full therapeutic benefits before moving on to your hands-on massage.

By combining targeted light therapy with remedial massage, this treatment is designed to support recovery, ease muscle tension, encourage relaxation, and help you move more comfortably.
