I’m available at Do The Work HQ every Thursday and Saturday Morning and I am at Capelli every Monday, if these days don’t work for you, please get in touch and I will try my best to accommodate you.

During your consultation, I’ll take the time to learn more about your lifestyle, any restrictions you may have, and details of any previous surgery or medication. I’ll also explain how muscle restrictions can develop, and how my techniques work to release tension and reduce pain.
