Based inside DoTheWorkHQ Private Gym, Ranglet Road, Walton Summit, Preston, PR5 8AR and above Capelli Hair Salon, 36C Liverpool Road, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 0DQ, we’re proud to offer treatments in a friendly and supportive environments. The gym focuses mainly on one-to-one sessions with Personal Trainers and small groups – perfect for creating a calm and personalised experience and the family friendly hair salon in Penwortham.
When you arrive for your appointment at the Gym, you’re welcome to either wait in your car until your session time or take a seat just outside the massage room. I’ll come to collect you when it’s time for your treatment and at Capelli you enter the salon and head upstairs to see me and wait on the landing and I will come to greet you.
Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session so we can make sure everyone receives their full treatment without delay.
